Kevin Jones

Kevin joined KEEN’s board of directors in 2023 bringing nearly 20 years of Human Resources and Operations executive experience to the team. As Vice President of Human Resources, Comcast Cable, he serves employees in the Western New England region as the People and Culture lead. His skills in organizational planning and design, talent acquisition strategy, growth and development, program curation, and strategic consulting and collaboration have been built over the course of two decades working with companies in the Fortune 50/100, including Comcast NBCUniversal, AT&T, DIRECTV, Ball Corporation, and Anheuser-Busch.  He is thrilled to be a part of such a remarkable board, which will fuel his ambition to help others and further KEEN's noble purpose.

Kevin, together with his wife Maia and daughter Ingrid, moved to Colorado from his native New Hampshire 13 years ago.  In 2023 the Jones family is relocating to Connecticut but plans to continue the outdoor lifestyle they enjoyed in Colorado with skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring.
